Speed & Strength Group Classes

  • Ages 8-18

  • Classes are designed to help athletes improve speed, strength & build healthy movement patterns

  • Focused on proper Acceleration, Change of Direction, Top speed and exercise mechanics

  • Speed evaluation required for all new athletes ($50)

  • Specialized training geared towards each individuals specific goals and/or sport
  • GPS Tracking & timing gates to track progress over time
  • Free fitness or speed evaluation included
